Matrix Chrome Hybrid Coating - (MCH1100)
- Chrome Hybrid coating to give surface hardness 1100Hv
- Deposited in less than 10 Microns thickness
- No flaking or peeling as seen with traditional chrome plating

Low friction High Wear Resistant Nickel Hybrid Coating - (PT3600)
This coating has excellent wear resistance properties which notably reduces wear and out performs both brass and stainless steel components significantly with a hardness of around 500Hv. PT3600 has special additives to reduce debris and calcite build up often present in industrial water and chemical based environments. Originally designed for use on spray nozzles to reduce aperture wear, prevent calcite and debris build up even at elevated temperatures.
